Step-by-step

  1. Open Settings → Privacy & Security
    From your iPhone Home Screen, open Settings, then tap Privacy & Security.

  2. Open Microphone
    Tap Microphone.

  3. Review and toggle access
    You’ll see a list of apps that have requested microphone access.

    • Turn access On (green) to allow.

    • Turn access Off to deny.

  4. Open Camera
    Go back, then tap Camera.

  5. Enable access for Chartnote
    Toggle Chartnote On under both Microphone and Camera if you plan to dictate or scan QR codes.
