How to Cancel Your Chartnote Subscription

This guide provides a step-by-step process on how to cancel your Chartnote subscription on Chartnote Web.

Step 1. Click on your avatar/profile icon in the top corner of the page.

Step 2. From the dropdown menu, select "Billing & Plans".

Step 3. Review your current subscription details, then click "Cancel Plan".

Step 4. You'll be offered the option to pause your subscription for up to 3 months. If you still wish to cancel, click "Decline Offer".

Step 5. A feedback form will appear. Select the reason that best describes why you're canceling.

Step 6. Click the confirmation checkbox or button to proceed.

Step 7. (Optional) In the text field provided, describe what could have been improved. Your feedback helps the team make the product better.

Step 8. Click "Next" to continue.

Step 9. Click "Confirm & Cancel" to finalize your cancellation.

Step 10. ✅ Done! Your subscription has been canceled. You'll continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.
