How to cancel your subscription

How to cancel a Premium or Professional (paid) subscription.

  1. Sign in to the Chartnote web application.
  2. In the navigation panel, click Settings, then Subscriptions. 
     
  3. You will now see your current subscription plan and past invoices. Click Manage Subscription. 

  4. Under the Current Plan tab, find the plan you want to cancel and click Cancel plan to stop your subscription's automatic renewal. 
  5. Confirm your request by selecting Cancel plan.
