How to Install Chartnote Google Chrome Extension

This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to install the Chartnote Google Chrome extension. By following these steps, users can easily add the extension to their browser and access features such as inserting snippets, AI Scribe notes, and dictating directly into their EHR. Install the extension

1) Open the Chartnote page in the Chrome Web Store
Click this link: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/chartnote/bkfagmnilllacgphpepbdmialglfjjpi
Or go to the Chrome Web Store and search for “Chartnote”.

2) Click “Add to Chrome”

3) Confirm by clicking “Add extension”

Tip: If you can’t click Add to Chrome, your browser or device may be managed by your organization. Contact your IT admin to allow the Chartnote extension.

4) Click the Extensions (puzzle) icon in Chrome

5) Click the pin next to “Chartnote”
This keeps the Chartnote icon visible on your toolbar for one‑click access.

Open and sign in

6) Click the Chartnote icon

7) Log in or sign up
Use your Chartnote credentials to sign in. If you’re new, create an account to get started.
