How to Share a Note with your Team in Chartnote

This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to share a note with your team in Chartnote. By following these simple steps, you can easily collaborate and grant access to your notes, allowing for efficient team communication and collaboration.


Step 1: Confirm Team Context

Make sure you are working within your team’s context in Chartnote.

Step 2: Open Note Options

Find the note you want to share and click on the three dots menu (options).

Step 3: Select “Share”

From the dropdown, click Share.

Step 4: Choose “Share with…”

Click Share with… to open sharing options.

Step 5: Select Who to Share With

Use the dropdown to select how you want to share:

  • With one or more team members

  • With a group

  • With the whole team

Step 6: Set Permissions

Choose whether the recipients will have:

  • View-only access

  • Edit permissions

Step 7: Search for Team Members

Type the name(s) of the team member(s) you want to share the note with.

Step 8: Save Your Changes
