How to Update the Chartnote Chrome Extension

Step-by-step

  1. Open the Extensions menu
    Click the Extensions button (puzzle-piece icon) in Chrome’s toolbar.

  2. Manage your extensions
    Click Manage extensions.

  3. Enable Developer mode
    In the top-right, turn on Developer mode.

  4. Force an update
    Click Update. Chrome will check and update all installed extensions, including Chartnote.

  5. (Optional) Verify the version
    On the Chartnote card, click Details and confirm the Version shows the latest build.

If Developer mode is disabled on your computer

If you can’t enable Developer mode (common on managed/enterprise devices), you can reinstall:
