How to Upgrade Your Chartnote Subscription

Ready to get more out of Chartnote? Whether you need a higher monthly credit limit or want to switch between monthly and yearly billing, upgrading your current plan only takes a minute. This guide walks you through each step, from your account settings to confirming the new subscription, so you can get back to documenting patient encounters right away.



Step-by-step

  1. Click your profile icon and click on Settings

  2. Open Billing

    • Click Billing & Plans.

  3. Start the change

    • Click Update Plan.

  4. Open the subscription editor

    • Click Update subscription.

  5. Choose billing cadence

    • Select Monthly or Yearly.

  6. Pick your new plan

    • Select the plan you want to upgrade to.

  7. Continue

    • Click Continue.

  8. Confirm

    • Review the summary (any positive balance will be applied) and click Confirm.

  9. Return to Chartnote

    • Click Return to Chartnote.
