How to Create an AI Scribe in Chartnote — Step-by-Step Guide for Clinicians
How to use AI Scribe
Medical documentation is one of the biggest time drains in clinical practice. Between seeing patients and keeping up with charting, many providers find themselves finishing notes after hours — or worse, burning out altogether. That's exactly the problem Chartnote's AI Scribe was built to solve.
Whether you're seeing patients in person or via telehealth, the AI captures the conversation, organizes it into the right format, and has a note ready for your review in minutes — no typing required.
In this guide, we'll walk you through how to set up and use the AI Scribe on Chartnote from start to finish, so you can start spending more time with patients and less time at your keyboard.
