I Cannot Login into Chartnote
You do not need to create an account to use our help desk. However, some users want to get more engaged in the community and decide to create the account. Note that each domain has a unique account. Your email/user name and password might be different and not work on both domains.
We are also aware that our help desk provider sometimes "locks you out" of your account if you forget your password. Don't panic! Chartnote.com is always working. Just go back to our main website at chartnote.com.
We plan to implement single sign-on, but for now, hope you find this article helpful.
