How to Import Templates from Chartnote's Community Library: Step-by-Step Guide

Import Templates From The Community Library


Before you start

  • Sign in at chartnote.com.

  • Imported templates become part of My Library and can be edited anytime.

Steps

  1. Open chartnote.com/home.

  2. In the right menu, click Library.

  3. Choose Community under AI Note Templates.

  4. Search or browse to find a template.

  5. Click Import template on the one you want.

  6. Rename it if you’d like, then click OK.

  7. (Optional) Click Edit template to tweak it immediately.

  8. Make your edits in the editor.

  9. Click Save.

  10. Your template now appears in My Library and is available when creating a note.

Tips

  • If a name is already taken, use a unique name during step 6.

  • Imported templates are yours—future changes in the Community Library won’t overwrite your copy.

  • You can edit or delete imported templates later from My Library.
