Setting Up Automatic Notes Sharing for Your Team ๐

1. When you're in a team context. Your notes can be shared. But you have to do it one by one. If you want to automatically share all your notes, either with the whole team, with a specific group within your team, or a specific member of the team you can set a Share Policy.
2. First log into Chartnote Home.
3. Ensure you're in your team context.
4. And you're going to go to Settings.
5. Under Team Settings you're going to see Note Sharing.
6. You're going to add a New Share Policy.
7. Here, you can select where you want to share with the whole team, a group or a member of the team.
8. Click here to select whether they have permission to edit or read only.
9. Select a Member or Group, if that was your choice.
10. And save.
11. And you can always delete this share policy.
