How to Share Snippets and Notes - Chartnote Teams
Sharing a Note
To share a note in the Team environment, follow these steps:
Go to the "My Notes" section
Click on the three dots next to the note title you want to share
Select "Share"
Click on the "+ Share" button
Select the recipients you want to share the note with: the whole Team, a Group within the Team, or specific members of the team
Select the sharing permissions: edit or view
Click "Share"
Note: You can revoke access to the note at any time. Sharing permissions do not prevent users from making a copy of the note.
Sharing a Snippet
To share a snippet, follow these steps:
Go to the "My Library" section under "Snippets"
Find the snippet you want to share
Click the "Share" button
Select the recipients you want to share the snippet with: the whole Team, a Group within the Team, or specific members of the team
Select the sharing permissions: edit or view
Click "Share"
Note: You can revoke access to the snippet at any time. Sharing permissions do not prevent users from making a copy of the snippet.
