Upgrading from a Premium to Professional subscription
Chartnote offers Premium and Professional subscriptions. These can be purchased by credit card, Apple Pay or Goggle Pay. Premium subscriptions offer unlimited snippets expansions and Professional subscriptions offer unlimited dictation time. Learn more about Chartnote plans and subscription.
You can upgrade your Chartnote plan at any time. If you upgrade in the middle of the billing period, the account will be credited a pro-rated amount for the time remaining on your existing subscription and you will be charged for the upgrade with the credit applied.
How to change from Premium to Professional
- Sign in to the Chartnote web application.
- In the navigation panel, click Settings, then Subscriptions. Alternatively, click on Upgrade when you are in the Note section.
- You will now see your current subscription plan and past invoices. Click Manage Subscription.
- Under the Current Plan tab, find the plan you want to update and click Update plan to upgrade your subscription plan.
- When updating your plan you can choose between a monthly or yearly plan. Click Continue to confirm your subscription changes.
- Review the changes. If correct, click Confirm.
Once confirmed, you will receive a prorated credit for your current month of service and will be billed for the new annual subscription with that prorated monthly credit applied.
