Mark Chartnote as an Approved Sender
Forgot Password? Having trouble getting the reset password link in your email? This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to mark Chartnote as an approved sender, ensuring that you receive important emails from them in your primary inbox and avoiding them being marked as spam. By following these steps, you can easily whitelist Chartnote's email address and ensure that their messages are always marked as important.
Step 1: Open Gmail Settings

Log in to your Gmail account.

Click the gear icon (⚙️) in the top right corner.

From the dropdown menu, click "See all settings".
Step 2: Go to Filters and Blocked Addresses

In the top menu bar of Settings, click on the "Filters and Blocked Addresses" tab.

Scroll down and click "Create a new filter".
Step 3: Add Chartnote’s Email Address
Click "Create filter"
Step 4: Adjust the Filter Options
When the filter options appear:

Check "Never send it to Spam".

Check "Always mark it as important".

Check "Categorize as:" and select "Primary" from the dropdown menu.
Step 5: Save the Filter

Review your selections.

Click "Create filter" to confirm.
Step 6: Test It
Now that Chartnote is whitelisted, try requesting a password reset link again by going to: https://chartnote.com/account/ForgotPassword
If everything is set up correctly, the email should arrive directly in your Primary inbox.
