How to Reset or Change your Chartnote Password

Reset a forgotten password

  1. Go to chartnote.com

  2. Click Login

  3. Click Forgot password?

  4. Enter your email in the field provided

  5. Click Reset password

  6. Check your email from Chartnote and click the reset link to set a new password

Change your password (already logged in)

  1. Open Settings

  2. Click Account & Security

  3. Enter your current password

  4. Enter your new password twice (to confirm)

  5. Click Save

Helpful tips

  • If the reset email doesn’t arrive, check Spam/Junk and confirm you used the correct email.

  • Choose a strong password (long, unique, and not reused elsewhere)
