How to Delete Your Chartnote Account — Step-by-Step Guide

Delete Your Chartnote Account

Warning: Deleting your account is permanent. You’ll lose access to all notes and won’t be able to log in again with this account.

Need to stop billing instead? Go to Settings → Billing & Plans to cancel or pause your subscription instead of deleting your account.

Steps

  1. Open Settings
Sign in at chartnote.com, then click Settings.

  2. Go to Account & Security
In the left menu, select Account & Security.

  3. Choose Delete
    Click the Delete option.

  4. Type the confirmation word
In the prompt, type DELETE exactly as shown.

  5. Confirm
Click Delete to finalize. You’ll be signed out and the account will be permanently removed.

Before you delete (recommended)

  • Export anything you need (notes, templates) so you have a copy.

  • Check your subscription: If your goal is simply to stop charges or take a break, use Billing & Plans to cancel or pause instead.
