How to Pause your Chartnote Subscription

This guide offers a clear, step-by-step process for pausing your Chartnote subscription, allowing you to manage your account with ease—without needing to cancel your plan entirely.

Before you start

  • Make sure you’re signed in to your Chartnote account on the web.

Steps

  1. Go to chartnote.com and open Settings.

  2. In the left menu, select Billing & Plans.

  3. Click Cancel plan. (This opens the options—don’t worry, you’re not canceled yet.)

  4. In the pop-up, choose the option to pause your subscription instead.

  5. Pick how many months you want to pause from the menu.

  6. Click Pause Subscription to confirm.

    • ✅ Done! Your subscription is now paused.

Resume later

When you’re ready to come back, go to Settings → Billing & Plans and click Resume
