Fixing Frequent Logouts on Your Chartnote Account
How to Enable Face ID on Chartnote Mobile
1. Understanding the Logout Issue 0:01
If your Chartnote account is logging out frequently, it may be due to Face ID not being enabled.
Without Face ID, the app logs out every six hours.
With multi-factor authentication (MFA), your account remains logged in for five days unless you log out.
2. Accessing the Settings Menu 0:42
Open the Chartnote Mobile app.
Tap on the hamburger menu (three horizontal lines) to access the menu.
Tap on Settings
3. Enabling Face ID 0:55
In the settings menu, look for the option that says "Use biometrics, passcode, or pattern to unlock."
Tap to enable this option.
4. Using Face ID 1:05
After enabling Face ID, you can close the app.
To log back in, simply use your Face ID for quick access.
5. Benefits of Enabling Face ID 1:14
Enabling Face ID adds an extra layer of security to your account.
It helps keep your account logged in for a longer period.
