How to Update your Credit Card Information on Chartnote

Keeping your payment information current ensures uninterrupted access to Chartnote and prevents any disruption to your subscription. Whether you've received a new card, your existing one is about to expire, or you simply want to switch to a different payment method, updating your credit card details takes just a few clicks. This guide walks you through how to add or update your card information directly from your account settings.


Step-by-step

Step 1: Click your profile icon in the bottom left corner of your screen.

Step 2: Select "Billing & Plans" from the menu.

Step 3: Select "Update plan".

Step 4: Click "Add payment method".

Step 5: Enter your new credit card information.

Step 6: Click "Add" to save your payment method.
