How to Update your Credit Card Information on Chartnote

  1. Open Settings
    Click Settings in your Chartnote account.

  2. Go to Billing
    Click Billing & Plans.

  3. Start a change
    Click Update Plan to open the subscription editor.

  4. Open payment method editor
    Click the edit (pencil) icon next to your payment method.

  5. Add a new card
    Click Add payment method.

  6. Enter card details
    Type your card number, expiration date, CVC, and billing ZIP/postal code.

  7. Save
    Click Update to save the new payment method.
