Viewing your Chartnote invoice history and receipt details
Need a copy of a past invoice or want to review your billing history in Chartnote? You can access all your invoices directly from your account settings. This guide walks you through how to find your invoice history and download a receipt in just a few clicks.
Click your profile icon in the bottom left corner of the screen to open your account menu.Select "Billing & Plans" from the dropdown menu.Scroll down on the Billing & Plans page, your full invoice history will be listed there.Click the magnifying glass icon next to the invoice you want to view. This will download the invoice to your device.Click on the downloaded file to open it.Your invoice will open in the browser, where you can review the receipt details or print/save it as needed.
