Monthly vs Yearly Plan


On the Subscription page, you will see your Current Plan which can be billed as a monthly or yearly plan.

You are able cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle. If you do not cancel your subscription, it will continue to automatically renew.

You can make other changes to your subscriptions, including changing your billing period.

How to change from monthly to annual


If you purchased your subscription online, you can change from a monthly to an annual subscription. 

  1. Sign in to the Chartnote web application.
  2. In the navigation panel, click Settings, then Subscriptions. 
  3. You will now see your current subscription plan and past invoices. Click Manage Subscription. 

  4. Under the Current Plan tab, find the plan you want to update and click Update plan to change your subscription's billing cycle.

  5. Click the Yearly option and Continue to confirm your subscription changes. 

  6. Review the changes. If correct, click Confirm. 
Once confirmed, you will receive a prorated credit for your current month of service and will be billed for the new annual subscription with that prorated monthly credit applied.

How to change from annual to monthly


If you purchased your subscription online, you can change from an annual to a monthly subscription. 

  1. Sign in to the Chartnote web application.
  2. In the navigation panel, click Settings, then Subscriptions. 
  3. You will now see your current subscription plan and past invoices. Click Manage Subscription. 

  4. Under the Current Plan tab, find the plan you want to update and click Update plan to change your subscription's billing cycle. 

  5. Click the Monthly option and Continue to confirm your subscription changes. 
  6. Review the changes. If correct, click Confirm. 
Once confirmed, a prorated credit for the remainder of your annual subscription will be produced and applied to your new monthly payment and your future invoices. If you would like to inquire about a refund, please reach out to Chartnote for help.
