Upgrading to a paid account

Chartnote offers paid services with monthly or yearly subscriptions. These can be purchased by credit card, Apple Pay or Goggle Pay. Learn more about Chartnote plans and subscription.

You can upgrade your Chartnote plan at any time. If you upgrade in the middle of the billing period, the account will be credited a pro-rated amount for the time remaining on your existing subscription and you will be charged for the upgrade with the credit applied.

Instructions


  1. Create a free account.
  2. Sign in to the Chartnote web application.
  3. In the navigation panel, click Settings, then Subscriptions.
  4. In the box of the plan you want to purchase, click Checkout with Credit Card.
  5. If you have a promotion code, you can enter it before checking out. Below the subtotal click Add promotion code and enter the code. Then click Apply.
  6. If applicable, select Apple Pay or Google Pay as the payment method. If using a credit card, input your credit card and billing address information.
  7. Click Subscribe to check out and complete your order.
  8. Your purchase is now complete and you will receive confirmation that your account has been upgraded successfully.
