Referral rewards are issued as Chartnote credit. Referred clinician must purchase a Chartnote Max or Team Annual Plan. $100 credit is applied within 30 days of a successful subscription. Referrals must be submitted through this page beforethe colleague subscribes. Full terms below.

Chartnote Referral Program Terms & Conditions

Overview

The Chartnote Referral Program (“Program”) allows existing users (“Referrers”) to refer colleagues (“Referees”) to Chartnote and earn referral rewards. By participating, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Eligibility

• Referrers must have an active Chartnote subscription.
• Referees must be new to Chartnote (no prior paid subscription).
• Referees must purchase a Chartnote Max or Team Plan to qualify. Premium, Professional, or Free Basic or Pay-as-you-go plans do not qualify.
• The referral form must be completed by the Referee before purchasing. Referrer details (name and email) must be included.

Referral Rewards

• Referee Reward: Referees receive $100 off their first payment when they purchase a qualifying Chartnote plan.
• Referrer Reward: Referrers receive $100 in Chartnote credit (valid only at chartnote.com) once the Referee’s qualifying purchase is confirmed.
• Rewards are processed within 30 days of a qualifying purchase.

Referral Credit Details

• Chartnote credits can be applied toward subscription fees or AI credits.
• Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Credits expire 12 months after issuance if unused.

Program Restrictions

• Self-referrals are not allowed.
• Only referrals submitted through the official referral form at https://go.chartnote.com/referral qualify.
• Only one Referrer per Referee is allowed.
• Chartnote reserves the right to withhold rewards for suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of these terms.

Program Changes & Termination

• Chartnote may modify or terminate this program at any time without notice.
• Referrals submitted before termination will still be honored if they meet all requirements.
