How to Change your Voice Language
Selecting the correct voice language is a simple but important step to make sure Chartnote captures your visits accurately. The voice language tells Chartnote what language will be spoken during the encounter, so choosing the right one ensures your AI Scribe generates a complete, accurate note. If you happen to record a note with the wrong voice language selected, the note will come out empty—but there's a quick fix that lets you update the language and regenerate the note without re-recording. This guide walks you through both setting your voice language and correcting it after the fact.
How to Change Your Voice Language
Setting your voice language
- Click to create a new AI Scribe.
- Go to Settings.
- Select Voice Language.
- Choose the language that will be spoken during the visit.
