How to Update your Note Template


Steps

  1. Open Copilot Tools
    In the note, click the Copilot Tools icon.

  2. Choose “Update Template”
    From the Copilot Tools menu, select Update Template.

  3. Open the Template list
    Click the Template dropdown menu.

  4. Pick your new template
    Browse or search, then select the template you want to use.

  5. (Optional) Adjust details
    Update Setting, Visit Type, and Billing Codes if needed.

  6. Confirm
    Click OK to apply the change.

  7. You’re done
    A new note is created using the template you selected.
