How to Add and Remove Seats from a Team

As your practice grows, your team will too. Chartnote makes it easy to scale your subscription up or down by adjusting the number of seats on your team's plan. Whether you're onboarding new clinicians or reducing your team size, you can add or remove seats in just a few clicks directly from your team's subscription settings. This guide walks you through the entire process, from confirming you're in the correct team context to confirming your updated seat count.

How to Add and Remove Seats from a Team

  1. Verify you are in the team context under your profile icon in the bottom left corner.
  2. If you are not in the team context, click to switch contexts.
  3. Click on "Teams" to manage your team.
  4. Select "Subscription."
  5. Click "Update or manage."
  6. Click "Update subscription."
  7. Modify the quantity of seats for your team by increasing or decreasing the number.
  8. Click "Continue."
  9. Click to confirm your updates.
  10. That's it! You can now return to Chartnote.
