This guide walks you through adding or removing seats from your Chartnote team so you can manage your team’s size and subscription efficiently.


Steps

  1. Make sure you are in the Team’s context

    • Verify you’re viewing the workspace for the correct team.

  2. Select your team from the team list.

  3. Click Settings.

  4. In the left menu, select Teams.

  5. Go to Subscription.

  6. Click Update or Manage.

  7. Select Update subscription.

  8. Adjust the number of seats you want to add or remove.

  9. Click Continue.

  10. Confirm changes to apply the update.
