Importing a Snippet from the Community Library

This guide provides a step-by-step process for importing a snippet from the Community Library in order to enhance note-taking efficiency. By following these steps, users can easily find and import snippets for quick access and use in their own notes, saving time and improving productivity.


Step-by-step

  1. Open Chartnote on the web
    Sign in to your account.

  2. Go to Library
    From the sidebar/top navigation, open Library.

  3. Open Community
    Under Snippets, click Community to browse shared snippets.

  4. Import a snippet
    Find a snippet you want and click Import Into My Library.

  5. Confirm
    Click OK to add it to your library.

  6. Edit the snippet
    Click Edit Snippet.

  7. Customize
    Adjust the title, content, variables, and any tags to fit your workflow.

  8. Save and exit
    Click Save and exit.

  9. Confirm save
    Click Proceed and save.

  10. Use your snippet
    The snippet now appears in My Library and is ready to insert into notes.
