Microphone Troubleshooting for Audio Transcription

This SOP provides a step-by-step guide to troubleshoot microphone issues that may prevent audio transcription from functioning properly.
Key Steps
Check Transcription Button Status 0:01
If the 'Transcribe Now' button is grayed out, it indicates a microphone issue.
Ensure that the microphone is connected and functioning.
Verify Microphone Settings in Browser 0:43
Check the microphone settings in your browser:
Go to the microphone settings in the browser.
If the microphone is off, turn it on.
If it is on, click 'Manage' and select the correct microphone.
Ensure the site has permission to use the microphone.
