If your AI Scribe recordings are coming out corrupted or if the "Transcribe Now" button is grayed out, the issue may be caused by incorrect microphone settings in Chrome.
Follow these steps to ensure the correct mic is selected and permissions are set properly.

Steps

  1. Open Chrome and click the Customize and control button (⋮) in the top-right corner.

  2. Select Settings from the menu.

  3. In the left-hand panel, click Privacy and security.

  4. Click Site settings.

  5. Scroll down and click Microphone.

  6. Click the drop-down menu to select the microphone you intend to use for AI Scribe recordings.

  7. Choose the correct microphone from the list.
